The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 combines the Nova Acoustic System with custom-designed High Fidelity 40 mm Neodymium drivers to deliver clear high frequencies and deep bass. 360 degree Spatial Audio helps create a more immersive gaming experience and can assist with identifying the direction of sounds during gameplay. The headset is also compatible with Tempest 3D Audio for PS5 and Microsoft Spatial Sound.

Audio can be adjusted through the SteelSeries Sonar Audio Software Suite, including the Pro-grade Parametric EQ and X-Ray Hearing tools. These allow users to customise sound settings and use supported audio presets for gaming. The Arctis Nova 1 also includes a fully retractable ClearCast Gen 2 bidirectional noise-cancelling microphone with AI-powered noise reduction for clearer voice communication.

The ComfortMAX system provides four points of adjustment, while the stretchy headband helps distribute the headset weight. AirWeave Memory Foam earcups are designed for comfortable use and rotate for easier storage and transport.
