FAQ

Is the Arctis Nova 3X Wireless compatible with my console or PC?
The headset supports Cross-Platform Play via a nano-sized USB-C adapter, making it fully compatible with Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and PC. The adapter features an L-shaped design to keep nearby ports accessible.

Can I connect both my game device and phone at the same time?
You can maintain simultaneous connections for 2.4GHz gaming and Bluetooth audio; however, you can only listen to one stream at a time. You can instantly switch between them by tapping the power button, which will automatically activate your saved preset for that connection.

How do I handle incoming phone calls while gaming?
If you receive a call on 2.4GHz mode, a notification sounds in the headset. Pressing the Power/Quick-Switch button answers the call and switches to Bluetooth, while pressing it twice rejects it. To hang up, press the button again, after which the headset automatically returns to your game audio.

How long does the battery last and how fast is the charging?
The headset offers up to 30 hours of play on 2.4GHz wireless or 40 hours on Bluetooth. With optimized fast charging, a 15-minute charge provides approximately 9 hours of additional play time.

Can I adjust ChatMix directly from the headset?
Yes, you can balance game volume against chat by long-pressing the volume button to access ChatMix modes (Game only, 50/50 mix, or Chat only). Note that Xbox ChatMix works natively, while PC users must install SteelSeries Sonar Software to enable this function.
