Overview:

Hikvision DS-K1T673DWX Facial Recognition Access Control Terminal
The Hikvision DS-K1T673DWX is a professional facial recognition access control terminal designed for secure indoor and outdoor entry management. It combines fast face recognition, Mifare card authentication and a large 7-inch touch screen in a compact access control solution. With support for up to 10,000 faces, 50,000 cards and 150,000 events, it is well suited to offices, commercial buildings, schools, warehouses and other controlled access environments.

Description:

The Hikvision DS-K1T673DWX provides reliable touch-free access using advanced facial recognition technology. Its dual-lens, 2 MP wide-angle camera system supports recognition from 0.3 to 3 metres, while face recognition takes less than 0.2 seconds per user. The terminal also supports Mifare, Felica and DESFire cards, giving businesses the flexibility to use facial or card-based authentication.

The 7-inch LCD touch screen provides a clear interface for users and administrators, while built-in face mask detection adds another layer of access control. The terminal can recognise a single person or groups of up to five people, making it suitable for busy entrances where fast authentication is important.

Features:

Fast Facial Recognition for Access Control
The DS-K1T673DWX is designed to identify authorised users quickly, helping reduce queues at entrances and improving the overall access control process. With a claimed recognition accuracy of 99% or higher and a recognition time of less than 0.2 seconds per user, it provides fast authentication without requiring users to touch the terminal.

The recognition distance ranges from 0.3 to 3 metres, allowing users to authenticate naturally as they approach the entrance.

Key facial recognition capabilities include:

• 2 MP wide-angle camera
• Facial recognition distance of 0.3 to 3 metres
• Recognition time of less than 0.2 seconds per user
• Recognition accuracy of 99% or higher
• Single-person and multiple-person recognition
• Recognition of up to 5 people at once
• Face mask detection

7-Inch Touch Screen Access Terminal
The large 7-inch LCD touch screen provides an easy-to-use interface for authentication and access control functions. Its touchscreen design makes the terminal practical for everyday use in offices, commercial premises and other controlled entry points.

The wide-angle camera and screen are integrated into the terminal, providing a streamlined solution without requiring a separate facial recognition camera.

Mifare, Felica and DESFire Card Support
In addition to facial recognition, the terminal includes an integrated card reading module supporting Mifare, Felica and DESFire cards. Users can present a compatible card to the terminal screen to authenticate their identity.

This combination of biometric and card authentication provides greater flexibility when deploying an access control system across different users and environments.

Large User and Event Capacity
The Hikvision DS-K1T673DWX can store up to 10,000 face records and up to 50,000 card records, making it suitable for organisations with a significant number of authorised users. Up to 150,000 events can also be stored for access management and activity tracking.

The terminal supports up to 10,000 fingerprint records when the optional fingerprint module is installed.

Capacity includes:

• Up to 10,000 face records
• Up to 10,000 fingerprint records with fingerprint module
• Up to 50,000 card records
• Up to 150,000 event records

Access Control Connectivity
The DS-K1T673DWX provides a range of interfaces for integration with door locking hardware and other access control equipment. Gigabit LAN connectivity supports network communication, while RS-485 and Wiegand interfaces provide additional integration options.

The available connections include:

• 1 x Gigabit LAN
• 1 x alarm input
• 1 x alarm output
• 1 x 3.5 mm audio output
• 1 x RS-485
• 1 x Wiegand
• 1 x lock output
• 1 x exit button input
• 1 x door contact input
• 1 x tamper input

These connections allow the terminal to form part of a complete electronic door access system.

Network and System Integration
For integration with compatible security and access management systems, the terminal supports ISAPI, ISUP 5.0 and TCP/IP networking. Both IPv4 and IPv6 are supported, providing flexibility for modern network installations.

The terminal can therefore be deployed as part of a larger Hikvision security environment while also providing the interfaces required for connected door control equipment.
