Easy-to-use ID Card Printer
The Zenius prints with impressive speed. The printer produces 120 to 150 color cards per hour and 400 to 500 monochrome cards per hour. With a 300 dpi print head, the Evolis ID card printer delivers edge-to-edge full-color printing. An LED display increases the ease of use of the printer, displaying status messages.

With the Evolis Zenius, you can choose between automated or manual feeding. The input and output hoppers are located in the front of the printer allowing the Zenius to easily fit in a corner if needed.

The Zenius uses Evolis High Trust printer ribbons. A chip in the ribbon identifies the ribbon to the printer, adjusting the printing settings and making the ribbon cartridges less error-prone.

Mac & Linux Compatibility
A major advantage of Evolis printers is compatibility with Mac and Linux operating systems. The Evolis Zenius has options for both Max and Linux drivers if needed. While not all card design software can work with Mac or Linux drivers, you will still be able to design and print cards with the Zenius.

The Evolis Zenius Simplex (Single Sided) Full-Color ID Card Printer makes it easy for you to print full-color Credit Card sized (CR80 ) PVC cards every step of the way! Discover a wealth of advanced features loaded in the Zenius' contemporary yet compact design.

A 50-card input hopper (card feeder) and a 20-card output tray is located conveniently at the front of the printer - no need to reach around behind the printer to change cards or fill an empty feeder.

The Zenius has a manual feed option which will allow the user to insert a single card for printing - great for badging on pre-printed stock or at trade shows.

All of the controls on the Zenius are on the face of the printer and are easy to read and understand.

Zenius is Scalable

The Zenius Expert version offers flexibility and scalability as your needs change as the Zenius Expert line of ID printers can be field upgraded onsite with multiple encoders for magnetic stripe or smart card encoding. With the Evolis Zenius you have access to all ports directly on the rear of the printer. The Zenius Classic USB version has a USB and power connection.

The Evolis Zenius Expert has the capability to combine magnetic and smart card encoders within the same printer either configured from the factory or ordered as an add-on module at a later date.
