The Corsair K70 Core TKL RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (Part Number CH-911911E-NA) is engineered for gamers who demand precision, speed, and a compact footprint. Designed with the popular tenkeyless layout, this keyboard eliminates the number pad to free up valuable desk space while retaining all essential function keys and shortcuts. Powered by Corsair MLX Red v2 linear switches, it delivers an incredibly smooth and responsive typing experience that is perfect for both rapid gaming inputs and long typing sessions. The inclusion of sound dampening technology ensures a quieter environment without sacrificing the tactile feedback gamers rely on.
This keyboard combines high-performance gaming capabilities with versatile media controls in a durable, space-saving design. Key benefits include instant macro access via 8MB onboard memory, full RGB customization through iCUE software, and the unique FlashTap technology for competitive advantage in fast-paced matches.
Compact Gaming Design
The tenkeyless form factor is ideal for setups where mouse movement needs to be maximized. By removing the numpad, users gain immediate access to a larger area for their mouse without losing critical shortcut keys or media controls. The adjustable height feet allow you to customize the typing angle for maximum comfort during extended play sessions.
Advanced Performance and FlashTap
Competitive gamers will appreciate the 1000Hz report rate which ensures every keystroke is registered instantly with zero latency. A standout innovation in this model is FlashTap technology, which optimizes SOCD (Simultaneous Opposing Cardinal Directions) behavior. This allows you to prioritize specific inputs when pressing opposing movement keys like A and D simultaneously, enabling perfect counter-strafing or jiggle peeking mechanics.
Multifunction Control and Connectivity
Take full command of your audio experience with the integrated multifunction rotary dial. This allows you to adjust volume, mute your game, or pause music without leaving the action. The keyboard connects via a durable USB 3.0 or 3.1 Type-A wired connection, ensuring a stable link for all data transmission. It supports full key rollover (NKRO) with 100% anti-ghosting, meaning you can press any combination of keys simultaneously without errors.
Durable Build and Customization
Built to withstand intense gaming sessions, the K70 Core features ABS double-shot keycaps that are extra durable and provide a brilliant RGB shine-through effect. The onboard memory stores up to 8MB of data, allowing you to save five distinct profiles directly on the device for use across different PCs or tournaments without needing software. Customization is further enhanced through full support for Corsair iCUE software, enabling deep lighting effects and macro programming.
