Paired with 32GB of onboard LPDDR5 memory and a rapid 1TB PCIe SSD, it ensures smooth multitasking and instant file access. The centerpiece is the stunning 16-inch capacitive multi-touch OLED display, offering 3.2K resolution (3200 x 2000) with vibrant colors and deep blacks, making it an ideal canvas for visual work.
DescriptionThis premium Dell XPS 16 notebook combines cutting-edge AI capabilities with a sleek, durable design crafted from CNC aluminum and Gorilla Glass. Key benefits include all-day battery life, advanced thermal management for cool operation, and seamless connectivity via Wi-Fi 7 and Thunderbolt 4 ports. It is the perfect choice for users seeking a powerful, portable machine that handles demanding creative tasks and business applications with ease.
Features:Crafted for Performance and PortabilityThe XPS 16 proves that you do not have to choose between power and portability. Weighing in at just over 3.65 pounds for the OLED model, it slips easily into a backpack or purse, making it an ideal travel companion for long flights or late-night work sessions. The ultra-slim profile measures only 14.62 mm in height, yet it maintains structural rigidity through a new unibody structure with thicker walls. This design ensures the laptop remains durable and stable without feeling fragile, allowing you to carry your ambitions wherever life takes you.
Beneath the sleek exterior lies serious power driven by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. These chips utilize an intelligent architecture that includes performance cores for heavy lifting, efficient cores for background tasks, and low-power cores for extended battery endurance. When workloads demand peak speed, the system can burst up to 65W to maximize output. The integrated Intel Arc B390 graphics deliver significant visual processing power without the heat or battery drain associated with dedicated GPUs, enabling smooth video editing, streaming, and even casual gaming at over 60 FPS.
To keep the device cool and quiet during intense use, Dell has engineered its largest and thinnest fans yet. This improved airflow system ensures the laptop remains comfortable on your lap while maintaining high performance levels. The interior design is equally refined, featuring sleek glass palm rests made from Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and a minimalist aesthetic that reduces visual clutter. A spill-resistant design adds an extra layer of protection for use in cafes or busy households.
Spectacular Visual ExperienceThe display on the XPS 16 is designed to inspire, offering true-to-life color and pixel-perfect detail. The available 3.2K OLED panel provides a high-resolution canvas with deep blacks and vibrant hues, perfect for content creators who need accurate color representation. It features Eyesafe technology to reduce harmful blue light without sacrificing quality, allowing for comfortable viewing during long work sessions. For those prioritizing battery life over absolute peak resolution, the 2K LCD option offers excellent clarity with variable refresh rates as low as 1Hz to conserve power.
Beyond visuals, the sensory experience is elevated through an invisible speaker system. A hidden quad-speaker setup delivers bold, clear audio tuned by a Grammy Award-winning producer, ensuring immersive sound without visible grilles disrupting the design. Video calls are equally impressive thanks to an 8MP sensor with 4K resolution and Windows Studio Effects, which can eliminate background noise and adjust lighting for professional-looking communication.
Security and Business ReadinessThis laptop is built with security in mind from the very first boot. It incorporates rigorous supply chain controls and Dell SafeBIOS to protect against evolving threats at the firmware level. Identity protection is handled by Dell SafeID, which uses a discrete TPM chip to keep credentials safe from malware. The device also meets EPEAT Gold standards for environmental sustainability and ships in 100% recycled or renewable packaging.
Rigorous testing ensures reliability under real-world conditions. The chassis has been pressure tested up to 20 kg and subjected to drop tests simulating 18-inch falls onto hard floors at various angles, as well as simulated backpack drops. For business users, Dell ProSupport offers proactive assistance using AI technology to anticipate issues before they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
Connectivity and ExpansionThe XPS 16 is equipped with the latest connectivity standards to keep you productive on the go. It features Intel Wi-Fi 7 (BE211 ) for faster wireless speeds and Bluetooth 6.0 support. On the right side, users will find a Thunderbolt 4 port supporting DisplayPort 2.1 and Power Delivery, along with a universal audio jack. The left side houses two additional Thunderbolt 4 ports, all of which include a patented lock slot to secure the laptop using a Kensington lock.
The system runs on Microsoft Windows 11 Professional 64-bit, bringing modern design tools and Copilot+ AI capabilities directly into your workflow. This allows for intelligent assistance in search, writing, and project management tasks without requiring extra setup or significant battery drain.
