You need to return the product back to the original place of purchase in South Africa. You cannot receive support from any other store and there is no central point of contact for support.
If you did NOT buy the product from us, you may return the product to us for warranty or support issues. We charge R280 (ex VAT) per hour plus courier fees paid in advance to test the product only. If the products needs replacing, this fee is offset against the new product replacement price.
If you DID buy from us, then all warranty is covered free of charge by the orginal supplier during its warranty period only. The product needs to be shipped back to us. All work carried outside warranty is charged at R160 (ex VAT) per hour.
