1. We are an e-commerce company and all our business is conducted online (email, forms, enquiry cart), we do not have a telesales department.
2. We ship stock directly from the official suppliers, we therefore keep no stock at our premises.
3. Payment is by bank transfer or cash into our accounts. Regretably, we do not accept cheques and we do not deliver on C.O.D. for security reasons.
4. Prices on our website are a reference, are in South African Rand and includes VAT at 14%.
5. A quote will be emailed with pricing, our bank details, our contact details and our address. We keep no stock at our premises.
6. Stock is not guaranteed as it is shipped from the suppliers, stock will not be held or shipped until full payment is received.
7. Please add items to the cart as this takes priority in our reply queue! Simply emailing us may delay our response. Including attachments may delay our response further.
8. We have been in business since 2002.
9. We are based in Pretoria and do not have other branches.

Business and the SAPS fighting crime together

Our company and our courier company work closely with the South African police to report and prevent criminal activity, and will actively participate in the prevention of crime, as well as in the apprehension and conviction of criminals. Our local police station is Villieria, and we have an excellent work relationship with them, and have worked with the police to report several criminals to date.
